Shipping Costs
Delivery is charged separately. The cost depends on your location, and we confirm it with you before the order goes out. We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria.
Express Delivery
Need your rice urgently? We offer same-day express delivery in Lagos and Abuja for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
- Express Delivery Fee: Additional ₦2,000
- Availability: Lagos and Abuja only
- Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM

Once you place your order, here's what happens:

You receive an email and SMS confirmation with your order number immediately after payment.
Order Processing
Our team verifies your order and prepares your rice for dispatch (2-4 hours).
Dispatch & Tracking
Your order is assigned to a driver and you receive a tracking number to monitor delivery in real-time.
Delivery
Our driver calls you 30 minutes before arrival. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
Tracking Your Order
We provide real-time tracking for all orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

- •Live map updates showing your driver's location
- •Driver contact information for direct communication
- •Estimated delivery time updates
Important Notes
- •Please ensure accurate delivery address and phone number to avoid delays
- •Someone must be available to receive the order. We cannot leave orders unattended
- •Delivery times may be affected by weather, traffic, or public holidays
- •For bulk orders (10+ bags), please allow 1-2 additional days for processing
- •If you need to reschedule delivery, contact us at least 24 hours in advance
